Gorse kitchen knives are painstakingly hand forged and crafted from Aogami laminated Japanese steel, wrought iron siding supports a harder high carbon steel blade. Instead of using awkward hidden tang handles, at Gorse Knives we use European style slab handles alongside Japanese inspired blades. Our handmade kitchen knives have sustainable walnut handles.
