This knife has a 15cm long blade, made from the finest blue paper steel with folded steel cladding. This is a real work horse, and can run through the preparation of any vegetable or animal in no time, and is perfect for fast accurate chopping. The layered steel creates the marbled effect, and after forging and hardening, each piece has its own unique pattern
The handle, walnut burl and steel bolster, is handcrafted to be perfectly weighted- the bolster acts as a counter weight to the blade and the fluting of the handle is ergonomically designed to sit comfortably in your hand.
This Knife is hand made to order, and will take at most two weeks to arrive.
